This young man was a guest at a dinner party, and was in the process of plating some dessert choices he'd made, including some cake and ice cream. As it is said, everything in moderation, and every once in a while, some sugary, creamy foods can be consumed and enjoyed. It's when the consumption of these foods becomes a regular aspect to one's diet, that it becomes unhealthy. Hopefully, the foods in this instance were created using low-fat, and low sodium ingredients, which would be the healthier choice. If you're a diabetic, follow the guidelines established by your physician when deciding to consume such foods.
