Col. Theresa Giorlando welcomes home Staff Sgt. Jon Hutchins from his deployment to Haiti March 16, 2010, at Robins Air Force Base, Ga. Sergeant Hutchins was the network specialist on a team that deployed to Haiti for six weeks providing expeditionary communications in support of Operation Unified Response. Colonel Giorlando is from the 689th Combat Communications Wing, and Sergeant Hutchins is assigned to the 53rd Combat Communications Squadron Deployable Initial Communications Element Team.
