Frank Gorenc, 3rd Air Force commander, the plan for relocating Spangdahlem AB famlies living at the Bitburg Annex to new Spangdahlem housing during his visit Feb. 18, 2010. General Gorenc toured one of the new junior NCO houses, which are two story duplexes containing four bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and a full sized garage.
