Description:
As noted in PHIL 9056, this drainage grate was not designed with the mobility-challenged, wheelchair-seated user in mind. One of the smaller wheels on this wheelchair had become stuck in the grate, in an opening that was designed too wide, unlike the smaller, half inch opening seen in the PHIL 9056 grate. The openings were so wide that a walker's tip, or a walking cane, or the end of a crutch could also become wedged inside the grating.
