Master Sgt. Jon Conway moves bark chips into the playground at the tribal head start building on the Washoe Indian Reservation near Carson City, Nev. May 15, 2006. He is the first sergeant and utilities craftsman with the 939th Civil Engineering Squadron and one of 14 reservists deployed as part of an Air Force Reserve Command innovative readiness training program.
