The first of two Army UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters is unloaded Nov. 8 from an C-5 Galaxy on the flightline at San Isidro Air Base, Dominican Republic, in preparation for medical relief missions following Tropical Storm Noel. Servicemembers deployed from Joint Task Force-Bravo at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, to assist the Dominican Republic after it was ravaged are now refocusing efforts from search and rescue to helping the sick and injured.
