Capt. Kenya helps prepares supplies Sept. 4 to be loaded onto aircraft at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. Captain Colon is the Joint Task Force-Bravo J4 deputy director. The supplies will be used by assessment teams scheduled to deploy throughout Central America following Hurrican Felix. The assessment teams include multiple personnel who will evaluate the amount of assistance needed from U.S. forces including, search and rescue, medical, engineering and communications troops.
