Tom MacKenzie entered the U.S. Army in 1978 serving as an Armor Officer in Kentucky, West Germany, and New Mexico. He continued his military service in the Army Reserves, serving in operations, public affairs, and exercise positions with the 91st Division (Exercise), Forces Command Augmentation unit, Joint Forces Augmentation Unit, Combined Forces Command âAfghanistan, and 9th Mission Support Command in Hawaii.
