Officials with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development and Storey County pose for a photo April 19, 2013 during a ceremony recognizing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District for its design and environmental-coordination assistance of a new wastewater collection and treatment system near Carson City, Nev. The district contributed $1.7 million of the $7 million project under Section 595 of the Water Resources Development Act 1999. Section 595 assists communities with critical water and wastewater infrastructure improvements.
