Bruce Johnson, owner of the Dragonfly Farm in Beaverdam, VA, updates an online inventory at on Friday, May 6, 2011, just as dozens of other suppliers associated with Lulus Local Food website also do every Friday. Over the weekend the inventory becomes visible for sale to members of Lulus Local Food website and distributed with the help of other suppliers participating with Fall Line Farms food hub. Together, they offer a wide variety of household food staples and specialty items. Members pick their customized orders from an ever changing seasonal inventory of fruits, vegetables, meats, soaps, eggs, cheeses, flowers, honey, pastas, sauces, syrups, baked goods, mushrooms, flour and grains from the Richmond area.
