Ward and other Corps officials met with more than 30 people from the Hamilton Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) and the local public at the Hamilton Army Air Field during a site visit to the former military base to explain ongoing remediation efforts by the Corps. The site is under the Department of Defenseâs Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) program, which focuses on environmental cleanup of former military sites conducted by the Corps.
