Over 50 senior managers of all nine DISCOs attended two Management Development Program (MDP) workshops this month in Islamabad. The MDP focuses on three core activities: a big-picture focus concentrating on achieving greater fulfillment in both the professional and personal sphere; reinforcing the underlying concepts of performance management and reintegrating it into personal and professional lives; anchoring relevant beliefs about performance that will sustain over the long run.
