Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel held a round-table discussion at Inspiration Kitchens a social enterprise restaurant in Chicago, Illinois, on Friday June 8, 2012 after touring a Fresh Moves Mobile Market Bus, a renovated Chicago Transit Authority Bus that delivers fresh, affordable fruits and vegetables to two neighborhoods with limited access to fresh produce. The food at Inspiration Kitchens is prepared and served by students and graduates in a food service training program. Inspiration Kitchens offers career services, employment preparation training, tuition subsidies, employer outreach, and job placement and retention services throughout the Chicago area.
