THE MDL IS A WORLD CLASS FABRICATION FACILITY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES TO SUPPORT INDUSTRY, GOVERNMENT AND PROGRAMS OF NATIONAL INTEREST.
